RCC MANAGEMENT SIGN PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT

RCC top and middle management signed their Performance Management Agreements on 22 July 2011, at an event witnessed by the Permanent Secretary of Works and Transport, Mr. George Simataa as well as the RCC Board of Directors.

Mr. Simataa who spoke on behalf of the line Ministry, said he was proud to announce that the RCC has become one of a few State-owned Enterprises to fully implement the provisions of the State Owned Governance Council (SOEGC) Act in terms of Governance and Performance Management.

Also speaking at the event, Mr. Ludwig !Narib, the Chairperson of the board pointed out that the RCC has achieved a great deal over the last three years since embarking on the turnaround strategy and that the company is well on its way to fully restore its key business leadership and management practises in accordance with the company’s strategic policy framework.
