The RCC has experience in constructing railway embankments, construction of the actual railroad by using traditional and the ultra-modern tubular tracking system, road-over-rail bridges, halts and stations.
The RCC has successfully completed the embankment for phase 1 and phase 2A of the railway line between Aus and Lüderitz. Innovative technologies, creative thinking and teamwork to solve difficult and unique challenges have been a hallmark of this project. Other projects completed include the following:
Earthworks and ballast supply for the Tsumeb – Oshikango and Aus – Lüderitz railway
Construction of two road-over-rail bridges and various stations and halts on the Tsumeb – Oshikango railway
